Role Overview We are looking for an experienced UK Sales Representative with a strong network in the convenience retail sectors.
Your primary mission will be to expand our retail footprint, boost B2B sales, and work closely with distribution partners to increase market share across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with independent retailers, retail chains, wholesalers, and buying groups throughout the UK.
- Open new accounts in independent shops, and cash & carry outlets.
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and product availability.
- Provide product training, promotional support, and merchandising guidance to retail partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and regular in-person visits.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and store visits as required.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Ideal Experience & Skills
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in related FMCG sectors.
- Existing relationships with independent shops, convenience chains,
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Experience launching US-based brands or new product lines in the UK is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail planograms, POP displays, and merchandising best practices.
