The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of façade and glazing projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a key role within a growing project delivery team, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle management from handover through to final account
- Programme development, coordination and progress reporting
- Management of subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors
- Commercial awareness, cost control and change management
- Health & safety leadership in line with company and statutory requirements
- Proactive risk management and problem resolution
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality and budget
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within façades, glazing or building envelope packages
- Strong technical understanding of façade systems and construction processes
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with strong organisational ability
- Experience using project planning tools (e.g. MS Project / Powerproject)
- Ability to manage multiple live projects and work effectively under pressure
