The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 Β£ per year.
- Partner with the People & Culture team to lead on the Group's response to the Employment Rights Bill.
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims in-house through to hearing, including drafting, advocacy, and negotiation.
- Advise across the full spectrum of employment law matters; from senior terminations to TUPE, industrial action, and employee relations.
- Update and advise leadership on legal developments, supporting training, policies, and compliance initiatives.
- Liaise with and manage external counsel where appropriate.
- Support on adjacent legal matters including pensions, immigration, and other disputes and litigation across the Group.
- If time allows, contribute to commercial legal work with appropriate training and support.
- Engage broadly with the business, offering practical, solution-focused advice.
