As the founding Sales Development Representative at Correlation One, you will play a critical role in driving our enterprise growth across the United States and EMEA. You will engage senior leaders in Talent, Learning & Development, Diversity, Data, and AI functions at large enterprises to generate qualified opportunities that fuel revenue and expand our impact.
Your impact includes:
- Owning outbound prospecting for US-based companies, including Fortune 500 organizations.
- Building strategic, multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers.
- Developing and refining systematic prospecting processes.
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership.
A day in the life involves:
- Generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities through strategic cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Building and managing a high-quality pipeline in partnership with the Sales Development Director.
- Maintaining meticulous activity tracking and account intelligence in Salesforce.
- Collaborating with Marketing to leverage campaigns, content, and engagement signals in your outreach.
- Continuously refining messaging, objection handling, and qualification skills through coaching and feedback.
Your expertise must include:
- Being highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Having strong attention to detail and being organized and process-oriented.
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written).
- Exceptional written communication skills, including cold email copywriting and personalized outreach.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort level handling objections in live conversations.
This role is based in Jordan and supports outreach to US-based enterprise organizations. The role requires flexibility to align with US business hours.
