An established and growing IT solutions provider is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive / BDM / Account Manager to join their team in a hybrid role based near the Midlands. This role isn't just about hitting KPIs; it's about building long-term relationships, understanding what businesses really need, and delivering tailored IT solutions that make a difference. They support a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large corporate accounts, acting as an extension of their IT teams.
The Role:
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Understand individual business needs and provide tailored IT solutions
- Manage relationships and help existing clients grow with upgraded or additional services
The Package:
- Salary is flexible and based on current gross profit performance
- Ideally, candidates will be billing around Β£20k+ GP/month
