We're looking for a commercially sharp and strategically minded Financial Controller / Head of Finance to lead our finance function and play a pivotal role in scaling the business.

As a key member of the executive team, you'll work closely with the CEO to drive financial performance, steer strategic decision-making, and help us scale with purpose.

  • ?? What You'll Be Doing as Head of Finance
  • Own and lead all financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Prepare strategic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and oversee KPIs, providing clear insights into business performance.
  • Develop and implement robust financial and tax strategies.
  • Lead on company secretary duties, accounts preparation, options schemes, and audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Manage and nurture third-party relationships across finance, data, and insurance.
  • Support fundraising processes and capital strategy.
  • Play a key role in long-term strategic planning alongside the CEO and leadership team.

  • 6-10 years of experience in senior finance roles (Financial Controller / Head of Finance).
  • Strong technical foundation and understanding of regulated environments is a must have: experience in an insurer or MGA will be an advantage
  • Hands-on operator with strategic vision - comfortable switching between detail and big-picture thinking.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • High integrity, dependable, and confident in making and implementing tough decisions.
