Office-based (4 days) Fridays WFH | £40k – £60k DOE Commission | Europe & US Markets

Earning Potential:
- Consultants: Up to £40k base uncapped commission (our top recruiter bills £500k a year)
- Expect to be billing £200k+ annually if you're established
Work-Life Balance:
- Mon–Thu: Office-based, 8:30 – 5:00
- Fri: Work from home, early finish at 4:00

What We're Looking For
- Experienced 360 Recruiters (min. 1 year) – Life Sciences/Pharma/Engineering ideally, but open to other technical markets
- Proven Billers – £200k+ annually if experienced
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – love building relationships, winning business, and running your desk like it's your own
- Team Player – thrives in a lively, collaborative culture
