Our licensed Mortgage Loan Processors play a crucial role in managing accounts, Realtor referrals, and leads generated through advanced AI technology and marketing channels. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment, where they collaborate with clients nationwide to build strong relationships and assess financial situations. While we offer support in organizing portfolios and managing databases, we also encourage our Mortgage Loan Processors to proactively seek opportunities to expand their business and enhance client satisfaction.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
- Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
TRAINING:
- Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed Sundays and Holidays
This is a remote position. Compensation: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
