We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing recruitment team.
You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing legal professionals, from associates through to partners within international law firms.
What will I be doing?
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, including, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in legal roles within international law firms.
- Developing and expanding your market securing new projects and building client relationships.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, leveraging various channels such as social media and referrals.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and market insights, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
What do I need?
- A minimum of 1 years' experience within the legal recruitment sector in a 360-recruitment role, with a proven track record of successful placements
- A minimum of 1 years' experience within recruitment and a law degree.
- Experience of recruiting within the Middle East
