Head of Community - Secure Computation Network
Location: Remote - Preference for Europe/Dubai/UK but open to candidates based in EST time zones
Compensation: $130K - $150K
We are building a secure computation network that is fundamentally changing how high-value data is stored and used globally.
Our decentralized technology expands beyond traditional blockchain transactions into new verticals like AI, biometric data, health data, voting, and consumer data using privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).
Backed by a record-setting seed round and founded by high-profile leaders from Uber, Indiegogo, and Coinbase, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Community to drive our global strategy.
This is a critical, deeply cross-organizational role where you will design and execute innovative strategies to bring to life a vibrant global community.
You will serve as the pulse of the project, collaborating closely with senior Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to align community initiatives with the project's development and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute creative strategies to drive community growth and engagement with intentionality.
- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end community initiatives, including ambassador programs, interactive forums, competitions, and social media campaigns.
- Cross-Org Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Research teams to ensure a cohesive community strategy.
- Events & Hosting: Organize and host community AMAs, webinars, workshops, and Twitter/X Spaces, and participate in live events.
- Sentiment & Feedback: Monitor and analyze community sentiment, trends, and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of community ambassadors, setting clear goals and metrics.
- Risk Management: Lead crisis management and conflict resolution within the community.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a community leader in crypto/Web3.
- Crypto Fluency: Deeply embedded in crypto culture, fluent in its narratives and evolving ecosystem.
- Scaling Track Record: Proven ability to build and scale communities, ambassador programs, and engagement campaigns.
- Technical Grasp: Strong grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Strategic & Analytical: Strategic thinker and planner, skilled in data-driven engagement strategies, and possessing creative problem-solving abilities with a bias for action.
