Your Role

As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you'll play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections.

Communication is everything, you'll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.

Your responsibilities include

  • Complete pre-employment checks to ensure compliance before start dates.
  • Coordinate inductions and PRICE training for new starters.
  • Carry out vetting checks (DBS, Right to Work, references, qualifications).
  • Maintain secure and compliant personnel records in line with GDPR.
  • Monitor staff compliance (training, DBS renewals, Right to Work, licences, NMC pins).
  • Liaise with candidates, managers and teams to support onboarding.
  • Prepare and issue contracts, onboarding packs and HR documentation.
  • Ensure personnel files are audit-ready and meet regulatory standards.
  • Chase outstanding documentation and escalate risks where needed.
  • Provide general HR and compliance administrative support.
