Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for assisting our Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Handle product and service-related inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
