I am seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join a leading torque and bolting solutions provider.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in B2B sales, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships across Scotland and Ireland.

  • Manage and grow sales within the Scotland & Ireland region through account development and new business generation.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
  • Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
  • Attend trade shows, customer site visits, and industry events.
  • Area Sales Manager Scotland and Ireland Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical B2B sales role, ideally in engineering, tooling, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across Scotland and Ireland.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
