We are looking for a quality focused, resilient Sales Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.

You will be responsible for the engine room of our growth, hiring the next generation of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs).

What we're looking for
- Goal-Driven Experience: 5–8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- GTM Hiring: 3+ years hiring in-demand in technology sales.
- Sales DNA: A strong understanding of the sales profile; you know how to identify hunters because you have that same goal-oriented mindset.
- EMEA Expertise: Proven experience leading recruitment in at least 2 European countries (UK, France, Benelux, or Germany preferred).
- Resilience: A scrappy approach to hiring—you are curious, persistent, and always looking for a way to get the job done.
