As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated care and support to a child with complex medical and educational needs. This role requires a compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to ensure the childβs safety, wellbeing, and full participation in school activities.
- Medical Support: Health Monitoring: Support the child with epilepsy management and other health needs, responding appropriately to medical emergencies.
- Support the childβs learning, development, and engagement within the classroom environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and family members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Skills & Qualities Required:
- Experience in medical or complex care for children, especially in a school or educational setting.
- Ability to follow care and education plans precisely.
