Account Manager, North UK

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the North of England, forming strong relationships with venues and promoters, ideally based in Leeds or Manchester.

You'll join a team focused on building strong partner relationships and driving growth across our network.

With your deep understanding of the live entertainment industry and expertise in the music industry across key cities like Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool, you'll know what makes promoters, festivals and venues thrive.

  • You will be
  • Building and leading relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success teams to drive operational excellence and manage on-site needs for events.
  • Maximising Partner success by tracking sales performance across systems, surfacing key insights and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales strategies.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of DICE product developments and industry trends that will evolve Partner event strategy.
  • Acting as the glue connecting the region to central DICE teams, confidently managing Partner expectations and ensuring Partner needs are documented.
