YOUR ROLE
- Sourcing & Execution: Directly identify, conduct Due Diligence, and negotiate M&A transactions across various sectors in the UK.
- Strategic Restructuring: Design optimal financial models-teams and operational structures for new UK entities.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio performance to ensure profit targets and growth milestones are met according to our 2026 strategic plan.
- Banking & Regulatory Relations: Interface directly with major financial institutions and legal firms to ensure compliance and optimize capital structures.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: 3–5 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategic Consulting, Long-term Investment, or Real Estate Investment. We highly value candidates with hands-on experience in the UK/European markets, particularly those with a background at major banks such as HSBC, Barclays, etc.
- Deal-maker Mindset: Sharp valuation skills with a deep understanding of LBO structures and UK/European business regulations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment with cross-cultural business dynamics. Must be willing to travel extensively; business trips may last between 7–14 days.
