Key responsibilities
- Ensure the store performs to achieve current sales targets.
- Minimize costs and maximise profit.
- Plan resource in line with business needs across both stores
- Supervise colleague performance, provide induction, feedback, coaching and counselling.
- Communicate all targets and priorities with the team.
- Complete promotions in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards
- Supervise the induction of all new colleagues and validate training.
- Transfer stock to other branches of the business and control inventory.
- Liaise with senior management regarding marketing opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and possess excellent product knowledge.
- Operate the till accurately and efficiently to maintain stock integrity.
