Gr8 Connect are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial and driving sectors.

- Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
- 1 hour unpaid break
- Immediate start available
- Full-time permanent position
Responsibilities
- Developing existing client accounts
- Business development and winning new clients
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Filling industrial and driving vacancies
- Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate availability
- Building strong relationships with clients and workers
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience essential
- Ideally experienced within industrial and driving recruitment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
