Gr8 Connect are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial and driving sectors.

Job Details

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
  • 1 hour unpaid break
  • Immediate start available
  • Full-time permanent position

Responsibilities

  • Developing existing client accounts
  • Business development and winning new clients
  • Recruiting and interviewing candidates
  • Filling industrial and driving vacancies
  • Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate availability
  • Building strong relationships with clients and workers
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience essential
  • Ideally experienced within industrial and driving recruitment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident telephone manner and sales ability
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle advantageous
