Experienced Groundworker

Overview
Are you an experienced Groundwork ready to join a fast-growing, professional team? We\’re looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, especially in Resin Bound Surfacing, and is reliable, driven, and ready to get stuck in.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year\’s experience in groundwork
• Must hold a full UK driving licence (clean)
• Age 25+ (for vehicle insurance purposes)
• Experience with Resin Bound Surfacing (preferred)
• Digging out/preparation of driveways and patios
• Installing sub-bases and edgings
• Concrete laying and finishing
• Drainage installation and groundwork levels
• Use of machinery; excavators, compactors, mixers
• Tarmac/block paving (advantageous)
• Hard landscaping: patios, steps, retaining walls
• Finishing touches & attention to detail
