GR Employment Ltd is looking for part-time Operations Processors / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our customers, who is a worldwide market leader in parcel logistics. The position is based in Exeter, Exeter Logistics Park area.
This is a temporary placement, but for the right candidate, it could go permanent.
The Operations Processor is a hands‑on role, working within the warehouse section of the Service Centre. Working directly with secure, customs‑cleared shipments, you will be required to ensure that all incoming and outgoing parcels are processed quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials and shipments are processed and loaded into vehicles in a precise, safe and time‑efficient manner. You will be required to scan and distribute material within the service centre.
Key focus areas/challenges expected:
- Precise and careful handling of shipments
- Working to tight timeframes and deadlines
- Demonstrating excellent teamwork
Shift Available:
- Monday to Friday: 2 PM to 7 PM or 3 PM to 7 PM
- Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
- Shift Premium: Extra £2.71 per hour after 7.00 PM
- Saturday Premium: Extra £1.18 per hour
- Sunday Premium: Extra £2.20 per hour
Job responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Scan/process shipments
- Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Manual lifting of shipments is required.
- Ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after the end of the shift
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required

- No Experience needed
- Security training will be given when required
