Overview
G R Employment Ltd is looking for Warehouse Operatives – Food Operatives. This position is for an immediate start in the Wellingborough NN9 5DB area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leaders in dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. The company has been manufacturing for over 100 years here in the UK and providing healthy, nutritious snacks.
We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.
Shift Available
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm — £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Friday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm — £13.41 per hour
- Sunday to Thursday: 11:00pm – 7:00am — £13.96 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £18.31 per hour (After 40.5 hours)
Responsibilities
- Working on a fast-moving production line, meeting quality and efficiency targets
- Keeping your work area clean and hygienic, following food safety standards
- Able to work hard effectively as part of the team
- Supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all tasks and produce meet the highest quality standards
