GR Employment Ltd is looking for a shunter driver to work for one of our clients based in Tipton, Dudley Port. You will be handling small parcels, and this is a temporary placement.

Responsibilities

  • You will be shunting trailers within the yard and placing empty trailers onto doors at the beginning of the shift.
  • Moving trailers off the door when full and replacing them with new empties.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence with category C.
  • Digital tachograph and CPC cards.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months of experience.
  • Be professional at all times.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
  • No more than 3 points on your licence.
  • No INI10, TT99 or DR10.

Shifts

  • Night shift: 10:30 pm - 8 am (8:30 am).

Pay rate

  • £15.28 per hour (overtime £24.54).

Job requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • 12 months of experience required.
  • For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years.
