GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Maidstone, Panattoni Park area. This role is essential in upholding the company’s values and ethos, delivering service with speed, passion, and a can‑do attitude. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities
- Daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers.
- Measure success on customer satisfaction and the successful completion of time‑definite deliveries and collections.
- Carry out all tasks with a strong customer‑focused approach as a frontline representative.
- Plan and organise tasks to prioritise them and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain flexibility to cover alternative routes as needed to support business needs.
- Scan shipments and work quickly and efficiently to meet warehouse deadlines.
- Make sound decisions and perform effectively under pressure.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM–5:15 PM or 8:45 AM–6:15 PM. A 30‑minute unpaid break is included.
