Looking for an MSP that's genuinely different? If you're tired of feeling like just another number in a large, corporate MSP, this could be exactly what you're looking for. We're working with a friendly, ambitious IT Managed Service Provider that's growing for all the right reasons. Following several major client wins and recently recognised as one of the UK's up-and-coming MSPs, they're building a close-knit technical team where engineers are trusted, supported and given the opportunity to develop.

This is a business where people enjoy coming into work - not simply measured on the number of tickets you close. This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer who has already built a solid foundation within an MSP or IT support environment and is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll already have exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure and networking, but be looking for an opportunity where you can work on larger infrastructure projects, develop your cloud skills and grow alongside a business that's investing in both its people and its technology.

You'll get hands-on with Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced engineers while gaining exposure to migrations, cloud deployments and customer rollouts. As the business continues to grow, so will your opportunities.

About you:

  • Experience working within an MSP (Managed Service Provider).
  • At least 2-3 years' commercial IT support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
  • Good networking knowledge, including firewalls, VPNs and switching.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Why join:

  • Relaxed, supportive team culture.
  • Growing MSP where your voice is heard.
  • Exciting Azure, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
  • Genuine career progression as the business expands.
  • Paid Microsoft training and certifications.
  • Private Healthcare.
  • Birthday off.
  • Pension.
  • Employee perks platform.

*Please note: this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
