  • Assist with developing design concepts, coordinating technical solutions, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Support coordination between architectural, structural, and wider consultant teams.
  • Participate in key design meetings, reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Work in BIM (Revit) based project environments and contribute to design documentation.
  • Consider sustainability from the outset of each design.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident Revit user with experience in UK professional practice.
  • Comfortable contributing to large, complex projects and working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Interest in learning through project responsibility, CPDs, and structured internal training.

Why This Role?

  • Big Practice, Balanced Hours: Work on headline-grabbing projects without excessive work hours. The studio takes pride in its commitment to work/life balance.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Immediate access to a hybrid working policy (3 days in the studio), plus up to 10 international remote-working days per year.
  • Genuine Career Support: From extensive CPDs to paid Part III study leave, professional memberships, and exam support… this is a workplace that invests in your future.
  • Wellbeing Focus: Private medical insurance, cycle-to-work, fresh fruit, and dedicated sick pay demonstrate a real commitment to staff wellbeing.
  • Reward & Recognition: Enjoy a structured bonus/profit-sharing scheme, alongside long breaks at Christmas and a friendly, ambitious peer group.
