Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Resourcer Technical & Engineering Team – GPW Recruitment

We are looking for a motivated and driven Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our established Technical & Engineering team at GPW Recruitment.

The Role (training given)

  • Work as part of the resource team and support Recruitment Consultants in sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Search job boards, databases, and social media platforms to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical candidates
  • Write and post job adverts
  • Update and manage our CRM/database system
  • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including collecting and verifying right-to-work documentation, maintaining accurate compliance records, tracking candidate eligibility to work, and gathering workers' timesheets ready for payroll.
