The Role:
As a Wood Machinist / Door Joiner, youll be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-spec doors and panels. Youll be working with various woodworking machinery and hand tools to ensure products meet exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dimension saws, spindle moulders, and sanding machines
• Use routers, laminate trimmers, and other hand tools to produce accurate joints and finishes
• Work with spray adhesives and laminates on a range of substrates
• Install glazed vision panels and ironmongery to fire doors
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure a clean, safe working environment

What Were Looking For:

• Strong experience in woodworking, joinery, or door manufacturing
• Confident using both hand tools and machinery
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Understanding of H&S practices, COSHH, and PPE
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:
Experience working with postforming machinery
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or solid surface fabrication
Use of Makor, Brandt, or Homag machines is a plus

Monday Thursday, 06:00 16:00
Friday, 06:00 15:00 (44 hours per week)
