If you thrive in complex environments and want to shape the future of lab automation, this is an exciting opportunity.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * 10+ years in high-performance or high-throughput software development\\n\\n * 4+ years integrating hardware, robotics, or Windows-based instruments\\n\\n * Expertise in Windows software integrations and .NET\\n\\n * Strong experience with Python; familiarity with Go, Rust, C/C++ is a plus\\n\\n * Deep knowledge of real-time systems, streaming, concurrency, and distributed systems\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Architect and implement high-throughput, real-time integrations between robotics platforms and diverse life-science instruments\\n\\n * Design SDKs, abstractions, and tooling for scalable, repeatable integrations\\n\\n * Lead technical direction through architecture, patterns, and reviews\\n\\n * Drive a culture of quality, experimentation, and autonomy\\n\\nNice to Have:\\n\\n * Experience exposing hardware interfaces via APIs or cloud\\n\\n * Proficiency with IaC and CI/CD for automation-heavy deployments\\n\\n * Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up environments\\n\\n * Continuous learner leveraging modern tools and automation
