GPW Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established, family-run cladding business that is seeking a self-motivated, strategic, and experienced Site Manager to join their team. Our client manages the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to installation and has been operating for nearly 50 years. Their projects span across the North West, North Wales, Cumbria, and parts of Yorkshire. Typically, there is no requirement to lodge, as all sites are managed with local labor and management.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous self-starter with demonstrable knowledge of installing and managing various roofing systems, such as composite and flat roofing, along with facades. Strong communication and management skills are essential, as the role involves organizing, supervising, and training subcontractors to ensure project progress.
You must hold a full UK driving license, possess a valid CSCS card, and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
