Reference number:50246 Job title: Sales Administrator Salary:£28,000 pa + benefits Location: Haydock Duration: Permanent Start date: ASAP GPW Recruitment are working with an established, specialist manufacturer in Haydock, we\’re looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis paying £28,000 pa. We are flexible regarding the Sales Administrator working hours and would consider a candidate who needs flexibility or part time hours. As the Sales Administrator you will support a growing Sales & Marketing team to achieve the objective of increasing leads, opportunity conversions and market penetration of the brand and product portfolio. This exciting role will work closely with the Regional Sales Leads, the Internal Sales Manager, and the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to ensure the highest standards of professional customer service, timely client responses and the critical administration of the day-to-day sales processes. Summary of Main Responsibilities: ·Manage the Sales inbox to correctly categorise all inbound sales leads and enquiries. Further qualifying sales leads if critical information is missing from client enquiries and help to manage client expectations on response times. ·Correctly log all inbound leads on the CRM module and create monthly reports on lead activity if requested. ·Manage inbound telephone queries on the system to assist with client support, directing enquiries / leads to the correct Regional Sales Lead or taking telephone messages in a professional manner. ·Create part requests for pricing to support the Regional Sales Leads, working in conjunction with the Internal Sales Manager to ensure that this drives price list updates where applicable. ·Log engineering drawing requests when required and manage the timescales of these drawing requests internally back to the Regional Sales Leads. ·Load and process all orders including new product sales as well as any spare parts sales via the company website, plus our quicker converting product orders. ·Run monthly order reports and manage client delivery times / expectations with our production team. ·Log customer account forms and feedback credit proposal once checks have been completed. ·Manage supplier registration portals and upload missing or out-of-date information on an annual basis. ·Booking travel and hotels for the sales and marketing team, in liaison with our company travel agency. ·Assist and support the implementation of further processes where required to support the wider administration and organisation of the Sales & Marketing team. ·Attend monthly meetings with the Sales & Marketing team. ·Work in accordance with the company processes and procedures. The Sales Administrator will need: ·UK driving licence. ·Be able to attend the office 3 days each week to fit in with the current Sales & Marketing team. ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word, Excel.
