From order to final account, this role is about owning projects and making them run smoothly — on site, commercially and with clients.

You’ll be trusted to:

  • Lead and coordinate site teams across multiple high-profile projects
  • Keep programmes on track without compromising quality
  • Manage commercial elements, including monthly valuations and final accounts
  • Be the calm, confident main point of contact for clients and project teams
  • Review drawings, specs and programmes, creating accurate sub-programmes
  • Coordinate material call-offs so workshop and site stay perfectly in sync
  • Maintain excellent standards of health & safety, organisation and professionalism
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation

This role is ideal for someone who likes responsibility, enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow with a respected specialist contractor.

You’ll likely have:

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in construction, interiors or specialist trades (helpful, not essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Solid IT skills, especially Excel
  • Clear, professional and client-friendly communication
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn
  • The ability to read and understand drawings and programmes
