Job Overview
The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for generating fee revenue through temporary and permanent placements. Primarily responsible for managing all candidate-based activity. You will collaborate with sales to introduce suitably qualified and experienced candidates to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating to the Candidate Acquisition Strategy; identify, attract, and engage prospective candidates to fulfil client job vacancies.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques such as boolean searching, professional networking sites such as Linked In, job boards and candidate referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive candidates, tracking their availability.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills and experience and culture fit to meet the client’s requirements.
- Negotiate candidate pay rates and/or salary levels.
- Conduct initial screening of prospective candidates over the telephone, teams and/or face to face.
- Actively map and build candidate shortlists for the sales team.
- Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks.
- Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Complete/Send Starter Forms in a timely manner and liaise with our third-party Umbrella Companies to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all candidates.
- Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management.

- IT literate and familiar with social media and digital platforms.
