Internal Sales Coordinator required for an established, successful and growing major supplier of industrial manufactured components. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will be goal oriented and have a deep understanding of customer service best practices in Industry. You should have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Requirements/Profile- Knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts Software (Preferred)
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel in particular)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Electrical wholesaler experience (Preferred)
- Experience as an Internal Sales Coordinator or similar role such as Sales Administrator or Sales Order Processing role
- Sales order process
- Process Quotes
- Process Invoices
- Answer Telephone calls
- Process email correspondence
- Contact Customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with supply partners, updating stock level information along with lead times
- Make outbound calls
- Experience using CRM software
- Support Senior sales team with admin and sales support
- Regularly improve product knowledge (training will be provided)
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Salary to £28,000 pa
- 35 hour working week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
- Annual bonus
- Pension 4% and 5%
- 20 days annual leave plus paid
