Quality and Compliance Lead required in Knowsley for an international, market leading specialist Turnkey EPC company. The role has functional responsibility for the development, implementation and continual improvement of the organisation’s Quality Management System. The role provides governance, assurance and expert guidance to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 where relevant. It covers all business units, including Projects, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Support Functions.

The Quality and Compliance Lead is responsible for the development, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Responsibilities include:

  • Quality Management System Leadership
  • Auditing & Assurance
  • Compliance, Risk & Change Control
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Training & Stakeholder Engagement

Success Measures:

  • QMS remains compliant, effective and audit-ready across all regions.
  • Internal and external audits completed with minimal findings and timely closure.
  • NCRs, complaints and MOC activities completed within agreed service levels.
  • Document control and version management consistently meet audit standards.
  • Lessons learned and customer feedback processes drive measurable improvements.
  • Quality processes applied consistently across.
