This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Welder to join a rapidly expanding business involved in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of specialist equipment. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team and support growth, as they are heavily investing in new, cutting-edge technology, including laser welding equipment.
Due to an expanding order book, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Welder to hit the ground running and join their manufacturing team.
The RoleAs an experienced Welder, you will play a crucial part in bringing systems to life. You will be working in a clean, well-equipped environment where your hard work and expertise are valued. Day-to-day duties will include:
- Welding and fabricating units, systems, and connection pieces to a consistently high standard.
- Working primarily with sheet metal and materials ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm thick.
- Working independently from engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Adapting to and learning new fabrication technologies, including our upcoming laser welding systems.
- Working collaboratively with a hardworking and friendly manufacturing team.

- Working hours, Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Start your weekend early!)

- Proven, strong experience as a Welder (MIG/TIG), comfortable working with 1.5mm to 5mm material thicknesses.
- Confident in reading and independently interpreting fabrication drawings.

- An eagerness to learn modern techniques like laser welding.
- A highly reliable, punctual team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment.
