The Role
As Grounds Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the grounds are maintained throughout the year while leading a dedicated team and delivering a safe, welcoming environment for visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a grounds maintenance team.
- Planning and overseeing year-round grounds maintenance and landscaping programmes.
- Managing budgets, contractors, procurement and site resources.
