Graduate CAD Technician

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Graduate CAD Technician to join our clients design team, supporting the delivery of bespoke underfloor heating solutions for commercial and industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering or design graduate to develop hands-on experience within a growing and technically innovative industry. Key Responsibilities: * Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for commercial and industrial underfloor heating system layouts * Assist in the preparation of design and installation drawings using AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to ensure drawings meet technical and client requirements * Support the technical team in the review of architectural and mechanical plans * Contribute to design revisions and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle * Maintain drawing standards and ensure accurate record-keeping What We’re Looking For: * A degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Building Services, or a related discipline * Basic understanding of building layouts, heating systems, or mechanical services * Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software); 3D CAD experience desirable Desirable: * Exposure to or interest in HVAC, plumbing, or heating …
