The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our clients team. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of electricians on various industrial sites across the UK. This is a senior, site-based role, where you will ensure safety, quality standards, and schedules are met, while supporting the growth and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of electricians on client sites.

Coordinate and oversee site operations to ensure safety compliance and high standards of work.

Perform electrical inspection and testing (2391).

Mentor junior staff, ensuring consistency in technical standards and safety procedures.

Prepare and submit documentation and reports in line with client requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

5+ years of electrical experience, including team leadership in industrial environments.

CompEx 1-4: Essential for hazardous area work.

2391 / 2394/5 Test & Inspection: Essential for performing inspections and testing.
Desirable:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations: Knowledge of the latest wiring standards.

SCO (Safety Compliance Officer): Preferred for managing safety on-site.
Key Skills & Attributes:
