From order to final account, this role is about owning projects and making them run smoothly — on site, commercially and with clients.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Lead and coordinate site teams across multiple high-profile projects
- Keep programmes on track without compromising quality
- Manage commercial elements, including monthly valuations and final accounts
- Be the calm, confident main point of contact for clients and project teams
- Review drawings, specs and programmes, creating accurate sub-programmes
- Coordinate material call-offs so workshop and site stay perfectly in sync
- Maintain excellent standards of health & safety, organisation and professionalism
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation
This role is ideal for someone who likes responsibility, enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow with a respected specialist contractor.
You’ll likely have:
- Around 2+ years’ experience in construction, interiors or specialist trades (helpful, not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness
- Solid IT skills, especially Excel
- Clear, professional and client-friendly communication
- A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn
- The ability to read and understand drawings and programmes
