Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architect who possesses both creative flair and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will be versatile, capable of contributing to a variety of projects, and eager to take on responsibilities that ensure design quality and project delivery. This role offers the potential to evolve into a managerial position, providing leadership opportunities within our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Collaborate on the creation and refinement of design concepts for both residential and commercial projects.
• Technical Detailing: Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality throughout all project phases.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, clients, and consultants to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in Architecture (Part 2 or equivalent for assistants; Part 3 for architects).
• Experience: Previous experience in an architectural practice, with exposure to both high end residential and commercial projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative Aptitude: Strong design sensibility with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
