Location: Midlands, preferably Northampton area. Travel required to other locations. Permanent / Full-Time.
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Facilities Management) to support and coordinate the full lifecycle of project works delivered across our high-profile client sites. In this role you will be responsible for managing project processes from initiation through completion, including project tracking, subcontractor coordination, pricing support, documentation control, and CAPEX administration.
Maintaining and updating the Works in Progress (WIP) tracker, you will coordinate the planning, pricing, delivery and close-out of project works; ensuring all project documentation complies with Apleona and client assurance, safety and reporting requirements. A key part of this role will be attending site surveys to support estimating and project scoping.
The position requires strong organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously in a high-compliance, safety-critical environment.
As An Apleona Project Coordinator, We're Looking For:
- Qualifications in estimating or relevant experience in estimating preferably M&E
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
- Experience of estimating and tender activities in an FM environment
- Experience of delivering FM project estimating advice
- Knowledge of current pricing for relevant FM project activities and the ability to interrogate subcontractor pricing
- Experience in cost modelling and ability in commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to use computers to intermediate level for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
