We’re currently looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the Head of Mobilisation with the coordination and management of large mobilisations and strategic projects throughout the UK business. This is a high impact role where you’ll ensure projects are delivered with precision, consistency and excellence.
In this role, you will lead from the front by implementing planning tools and systems, analysing data, and producing insightful reports that shape decision-making. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain a standardised approach will set the benchmark for success. You will manage and execute all mobilisation activities, owning tasks such as central documentation storage, meeting coordination, and maintaining a mobilisation suite of documents. Responsible for administration activities including the collation and analysing of information and data for both mobilisation and strategic projects will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications:
- Degree Level 2:1 or above
- Excellent team organisation and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative experience
- Ability to work on a programme with deadlines, highly organised and responsive, with ability to deliver under pressure
- Proactive approach with the ability to complete tasks promptly, accurately and with attention to detail
- High levels of computer literacy: Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio and Outlook
- Intelligently question the norm/status quo and provide new ideas
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within own team and across the organisation
