In this role as MobileBuilding Fabric Technician / Handyperson, you will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The Fabric Technician will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times. Be professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.
As ourMobile BuildingFabric Technician / Handyperson, you will Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components and installing and maintaining a host of different fabric aspects and on occasions assisting with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks. You will also be diagnosing and correcting problems; selecting appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors and other professionals. You must have basic knowledge of either plumbing, carpentry or electrical.
This is a mobile role covering a region of the UK and a company van is provided.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Need To Have
  • Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme in either electrical / mechanical / plumbing / carpentry. Or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures.
  • IT Literate.
  • Valid UK Driving license
  • Available to be on call on a rota basis
Well make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
