We are currently looking to recruit a Business Application Administrator who will provide systems support to end users and occasionally assist with project administration for existing customers, and mobilisations for new customer setups.
Responsibilities:- Provide first‑line business application support to all end‑users across northern Europe, owning and resolving incidents through to completion.
- Administer user licences, ensuring accurate recording for software asset records.
- Administer starters and leavers process and tasks in relation to data setup for new and existing customers in our systems.
- Travel as required.
- Work as part of a multi‑country support team, collaborating with IT Support Analysts to ensure appropriate departmental cover.
- Application knowledge (ERP/CAFM).
- Experience within the FM Industry desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP and PLANON desirable.
- Support and administration skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills for system issues.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK & Ireland with occasional international travel.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of additional European languages a bonus.
- Flexible and ability to learn and understand applications and business processes quickly.
