RSE Controls Bristol (GPS) is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join the team in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial and Finance team, while also providing broader administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to use their own initiative and contribute to the continued success of RSE Controls Bristol.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Support the Finance team in preparing cash flow forecast spreadsheets, ensuring financial information is accurately recorded and reported to facilitate real-time monitoring of project margins.
  • Ensure customer portals are regularly updated and maintained to reflect current information.
  • Support the administration and processing of new orders and subcontract documentation.
  • Coordinate and prepare audit documentation to support successful ISO compliance audits.
  • Assist the Sales team with the completion of supplier questionnaires and the preparation of supporting documentation.
  • Assist project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as required.
  • Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Basic understanding of ISO accreditation advantageous.
  • Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Able to produce high standard of work.
