GPS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for leading and optimising all manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective production. This role oversees daily factory activities, production planning, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

- Production paced industrial environment.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and organisational skills.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP).
