GPS Recruitment have an opportunity for a Junior Kitchen Designer to work within the Design department of a market leading manufacturing company. A full induction training programme has been designed specifically for the Planner role in order to get an understanding of the CAD software and product. If you are a recent graduate looking to begin your career in product design, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Main duties:
- Producing new or amended layouts using Fusion 20:20 CAD software.
- Answering the telephone, dealing with internal and external customers.
- Liaising with other members of the department / team leader and manager.
- Keep abreast of new procedures and products within the industry.
- Be required to perform other admin duties from time to time.
Key personal skills:
- Excellent organisational and written and numerical skills.
- Excellent timekeeping and time management skills.
- Some exposure to CAD software or hold design related qualifications.
