GPS Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service specialist based in Milton Keynes. Working for a global luxury goods business you will act as the focal point of contact for customers via email, telephone and be responsible for processing orders that come in from the Sales network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point of contact for customer queries: email, telephone & face to face
- Answer queries or pass on to the appropriate department
- Receiving & processing orders
- Create, amend and send sales orders in the ecommerce company platform to customers
- Providing updates to the customers of their orders from start to finish especially event / rush orders with tracking and follow up emails.
- Running regular reports from the system to track orders and provide information to the sales rep / customers on current and future orders. Providing general sales support from an office level.
- Bi-Weekly catch-up calls with the Sales Reps
- Quarterly calls with Key Account customers to discuss needs / updates / sell through etc.
- Product Launches with Marketing for online retailers and other wholesale customers
- Organising returns for all Wholesale customers with credit memos
- EU Warehouse daily reporting – updating orders and sending embroidery orders to our EU embroiderer.
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Strong Computer / Tech skills – Confident in using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Good time management
- Ability to communicate well with all internal departments
- Good, professional telephone manner
- Confidence to speak to a wide range of customers on the phone, emailing & face to face
