We are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers for a full-time, self-employed, site-based role working across projects in the local area. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of groundworks, including:
- Site preparation
- Excavation works
- Drainage installation
- Hard landscaping
- General civils and groundwork duties
Additional responsibilities will include maintaining site safety standards, operating equipment responsibly and working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard. Competitive rates of pay are available and will be dependent on experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Groundworks experience essential
- Own transport essential
- Valid CSCS card preferred, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience operating plant and machinery is beneficial
